O'Hailpin's brother is playing in it, he's one of two players in both teams combined that isn't wearing a helmet.

Hurling.. em, that was the Munster semi final, Cork against Tipp(erary), one of the greatest rivalries in the game.
NO helmets, lol, there were 3 actually on Cork who hadn't any either, the keeper as well and the twins took theirs off as well half way through. A lot players do, or don't wear them at all, it's gets very stuffy, very sweaty, annoying. You have to wear them at underage level but you can do what you like at senior.
Sean Og was brilliant though, pity we lost. Disgusted we lost. A lot of young lads in the side though so the scenic root could do us no harm this season.

Podolski at LM is looking like a very good option. Played well in this game and in the practice ones.

The Perth radio frequency for SBS is 96.9fm. I actually listened to the pre-Germany game show for a while. They even had Tony (Corpse)Palumbo doing the analysis.

Went to the casino to watch the Germany vs Poland game. Became a Polish supporter for the day, mainly because no-one likes Germany. Good game, though I am now really looking forward to the Poland vs Croatia game. I would assume Poland can account for Austria and Germany for Croatia, leaving the last game a head to head decider...

As for the first game last night, how much of a wankfest were the BBC boys having over Modric?

He really didn't do anything out of the ordinary, and they credited him with the assist for the penalty, because passed it backwards 5 yards

Well, gee, playing international football and all, I'd hope he'd be able to do that.

Don't get me wrong, he played fairly well, but they were just a little bit ridiculous.
