Since it's tax free, probably, but Gallas would be on around €6m a year. Zenit are owned by the richest company in Russia (even richer than Abramovich's) so god knows what else he's getting under the table too.

Does anyone else see this tournament looking like one of the Mighty Ducks movies. You know, where the big bad guys (Spain) belt the shit out of the little crap guys (Russia). Then they get one good player (Arshavin) and then they become good and beat them in a thriller.

I havent watched a game since the Dutch vs France game, and have only watched limited highlights (damn place im staying at has no SBS, limited internet) From what I have heard its been great.

That said, Id love a Russia vs Turkey final with two underdogs, but I think it will be Germany vs Italy/Spain...
