Just on Dalmat.

I was disgusted with Inter when we loaned him, he's just about the most talented player there, and ws actually given the #10 about three days before we decided to ship him off. Has he been going ok? My only knock on him is that he's very injury prone. Still, when he's fit he can be breathtaking.
He's been very good. Hasn't played much, but is clearly a class above when he does.

As Pleat put it, he surges well.

There's a rumour on one of the Spurs chat sites that the recently sacked Inter manager (is it Cuper?) may come to White Hart Lane - what would that mean for Dalmat and for Spurs?

It was funny - when it was first done over 15 years ago.

Now it smacks of small-minded vindictiveness. No doubt Tony Adams will have to put up with the same sort of rubbish whenever Wycombe play about his drunk-driving/prison experience. How about "you're just a murderer, Sunderland" or Merson, Vaesson and an army of your filthy lot over the years? How funny's that?

Incidentally, I caught a repeat of the Mean Machine with Vinnie Jones over the weekend - not a bad performance from the self-styled thug himself, I thought.

Yeah, pretty funny. And the Pleat thing still gets a reaction out of you after all this time, good to see.
Maybe Postiga could grab a copy of The Mean Machine, goal scoring tips only.
1/17, embarassing yidz,embarassing.

The referee put in one of the most disgraceful performances by an official for quite some time. Letting Lehmann push Positga without even a booking is a shameful. And 2 of the bookings where a disgrace.

Actually proud of a Spurs performance which is a first for quite some time.

...but not because he's the (acting) Spurs manager, just because as a human I think he should be allowed to appear in public without having his (ancient) past shoved down his throat (so to speak).

Had you read my (evidently far too subtle) post, you would have seen that I'm not a fan of similar chants being thrown at your lot either, albeit that there's plenty of raw material.

Incidentally, I hope Robert Pires' inner ear infection improves soon.

Just a quick point on lucky Arsenal, that incident when Henry was clean through, was upended by Keller but called offside, well it wasn't offside so the lilywhites would have been playing a man short for a chunk of the second half so these things even themselves out.

As for the debate on the nastiness that passes between the supporters, personally I didn't think the sex doll thing was too bad & I'd like to think I'd feel the same if it was our manager on the recieving end.

Some of the stuff is ridiculously nasty, the yiddos were singing a few songs about the death of Sol's dad, I don't take the moral high ground on this, our lot are capable of sinking just as low.

It's just that I think chucking a sex doll around is pretty tame & gave me a good laugh when Arsenal scored the TV pictures cut to the Arsenal crowd going mad & the doll was high up in the air & the commentator says 'Well she's happy anyway'.:D

As for Allan Sunderland who did he murder?except for good taste with that afro.

No one, but the distinction with manslaughter was blurred on the Shelf in the 70s - he accidentally ran over a kid who died.

Must be hard for Pleat to take that sort of thing. Maybe I'm just an old softie.

Quite easily the reffing. You might want to give some credit to your goalkeeper at times. The 2nd one on one was actually a good piece of keeping. The first was poor finishing. The ref made at least a dozen **** decisions (BOTH WAYS). I was never blaming the loss on the ref.

However I think the Arsenal sportsmanship was the winner of worst on the night.

Now please enthrall me as to how the bottom pic isnt worthy of a booking?
