Welcome one, welcome all to the BFFCL season 1 draft!

Tonight is a very special night for 45 eager young cricketers looking to find a club in which they will aim to dazzle everyone with their incredible cricketing ability.

The captain have arrived in the building and the marquee picks will be announced at 8pm VicBias time.

So let's hear a little from the captains:
Fizzler captain of the Melbourne Bolts: "Well, in this draft pool I saw a lot of talent and I believe that I have created the ultimate combination of showmanship and class."
SarahSmiles captain of the Blue Mountain Bounders: "When's lunch?"
akkaps captain of the Red Centre Kangaroos: "I only came for the free drinks and Ant Bear"
iBeng captain of the West Coast Wales: "It's time to get the band back together"

This bloke is playing for the first time and is the definition of an all rounder, the right hander is set to devastate oppositions stumps and then smashing balls over their heads
Finally Frankston Rover heads to NSW
Frankie is a devastating bowler who reads havoc with his deadly fast bowling. Returning to the league after a successful first stint.​

Captain Fizzler has gone for a lovely mix of experience and fresh faced youngsters
Quick talking TJASTA is going to be the man behind the stumps just waiting to get his hand on the balls as they fizzle off the opposition batters bat and into his gloves.
Nakia makes his return and is looking even better becoming a specialist batter. Bowlers beware
Finally @spanna_the medium bowler is making his return. Watch out for him or your middle stump may see itself flying out of the ground.​

Red Centre's akkaps has got himself a lovely looking set of marquee players
Starting with the worst captain in the SFA Ant Bear
The batter who was famous for combining with Cloud_ is back for another shot.
Next up WFL
Another all rounder returning to the league he looks deadly
Sterge rounds out the set
The lovely left handed bowler is set to take a s**t ton of wickets this season and fail to back it up with the bat.​

The all rounder who is slightly more inclined to bowling is predicted to have a ripper of a season and really impressed during the draft combine
Shermy needs no introduction
But he gets one anyway; The returning all rounder is ready to explode
Lastly Ljp86
Another returning player set to dominate batters. The fast bowler looks very good and will have all eyes on him come round 1.​

With Pick #1 The Red Centre Kangaroos select Cloud_
Fun fact it's impossible to have Ant Bear on your team without having Cloud. The opening batter is set to open in round 1 along side his ant eating friend. Cloud has bucket loads of talent and his number 1 status is extremely well deserved.​
