I think having the wing D and length they have takes the pressure of their Bigs D. When guards can't get passed easy or feed the post easy, it makes the bigs job easier.

Same goes for anyone who plays with a good defensive big. Makes you looks better on D.

They've gone from 6th-best defense last year to 3rd-best this year. Considering the upgrade from Q-Rich/Beasley to James/Bosh, I'd say it's not too surprising.

We all probably just jumped the gun a bit expecting Miami to play really fast and loose, when in reality Miami's never done that. They're still 20th in pace this year, despite supposedly playing "fast".

It's great to see so many options for points and to create. Can put it in many hands at the moment. However, we still need to sort out D at times and our rotation.

Will likely bring in some muscle as well after the buy out date, big teams like Boston could cause trouble if Howard hits foul trouble.
