It behooves me to point out that the lollolland lolloliers are favourites in tomorrow's epic duel against the Pistons.
Basketball Reference still gives Cleveland only a 37% chance of winning on their front page, so punters must be in a "it has to happen sometime" mindset.

If they're going to win one soon, it'll be in the next three games you'd think - Detroit, the Clipper and Washington in the first three games of an eight-game home stretch.

Anyway, Will Bynum! Lulz at lack of help defense from the Spurs.

The Vegas line has nothing to do with "punters", at least not when it opens. It's a line devised by the highly paid stat guys working for major vegas books.

The reason the BR odds are off is because the BR odds are rubbish. They're automatically generated, and are listed by BR as a curiousity more than anything else.

I'm just going by TAB odds. I wouldn't know what's going on with Veags sportsbooks. Opening local odds on overseas events are probably somewhat dictated by the opening markets in the country where the event is being played though too, I suppose.

Yea I know. Just mentioning it.

Poor Al.

"I've been begging [general manager] Rick Sund and the Hawks for the last three years - please get a center so my son can play his normal position," the elder Horford said Tuesday from his home in the Dominican Republic. "He can't push guys out of the box like I could. If he moved to forward, he would have a longer career."

The Nuggets are kidding themselves...

Lakers Wouldn't Discuss Gasol For Anthony
Feb 09, 2011 07:17 AM EST

The Lakers have denied that they would trade center Andrew Bynum to the Nuggets in a package for Carmelo Anthony, but he wasn't the only star player from L.A.'s roster discussed.

There have been talks between the Lakers and Nuggets and the two-time defending champions declined to discuss a trade centered around Anthony and Pau Gasol, opting to keep the player that has helped them win two titles.

They view Anthony as a top-tier player, but the Lakers are worried about the massive contract ramifications of acquiring him.

I'm thinking the Melo-Lakers thing might be a ruse to put pressure on all the eastern teams to sweeten up their offers.

Oh, and finally the Pistons-Cavs game. Will follow intently.

Thats exactly it. New York will have to give up Gallo or Fields to go with Chandler now
The Lakers thing wont happen for many reasons and Melo coming out saying he will look at the Denver ext more seriously if he isnt traded by the deadline is purely to get Donnie Walsh to start moving his old ass and give them something they would take
