I would have thought the Cavs would have had some resolve over what they established over the years with Lebron that it wouldnt be a sudden freefall, but I have been proven wrong

If Boston finish their reg season like last year and Miami are still a bit up and down and we can get Noah back and firing Bulls could eye off top seed in the East.

Asik/Thomas have really filled in for Noah admirably. I think the front office have to really take notice now and recognise that this team has a chance and pull the trigger on an off guard trade.

I starting to warm more and more to Rip Hamilton.

Well than you were not using your brain to do that thinking. They lost their best 3 players and most people said that their list was crap but Lebron made them very good.

No way his drives as much as Deng... DNP-CD is cause of coach falling out. They will be desperate to trade him and some solid championship experience around this young team will help.

Who would you suggest the Bulls target?

I was hoping for J Rich. Need a player who can get their own shot. Melo would be perfect but Nuggets would want Rose/Booz/Noah + cash considerations for that trade.

Who would like us to chase Rooster?

IMO Melo will end up in Dallas. Knicks have no reason to put forward a good trade offer, Melo will just walk out of Denver as a FA and they can get him for nothing. Opens the door for Cuban to work some magic, he will be doing everything possible to get Dirk that ring - not many years left for the great man (at this level anyway).

What will help more is someone who can still play at an NBA level. For championship experience, apply to the management of Morrison, Adam.

Someone like Afflalo or George Hill would be perfect, but you can't get them.

Of the guys that are gettable, I think Cisco Garcia or Brandon Rush are probably worth letting go of your late 1st. Otherwise just stay pat and try to unearth someone decent in the draft. You really only need a 20-25mpg guy there anyway.

What? Your PG's usage rate is higher than anyone not named Kobe, the last thing you need is another shot creator. Someone who can defend well, and then stand in the corner smashing 3's is what you want. Melo would be a disaster.

Great call on Garcia and Rush, rate both of them pretty highly. Both good defenders, both capable enough on the offensive end. Cisco is the better outside shot (from what I have watched, dont know numbers) and might fit the system better.

Korver can stand in the corner and hit the 3. Bulls are pretty much #1-#3 on D right now.

Rose usage is as much as it is cause others cannot get their own shot. Rose needs some help. Let him defer to someone else who can get their own shot.

Otherwise I see this Bulls team being like a Utah team over the past few years....Always one really top player away from really challenging.

I am definitely of the mind not to force a trade cause Bulls do have time on their side. They can wait if the right player/deal to come along but if Pistons are desperate I would look at it.
