If Marcus smart was the best pick available that is the time that you trade that pick for a future pick.. Smart would be very lucky to net any pick before 28 now and has wasted 3 years of development on him..
Says the guys whose team turned a pick 6 in Nerlens Noel into a couple of second rounders from Dallas.

Says the guy whose team will turn a pick 3 in Okafor into far less than pick 3 value.

Marcus smart one of the worst offensive players in the league, maybe they should have opted for drafting some random euro that never comes over.. I actually think rozier is better than smart but hasn't been given opportunity due to how high smart was picked and smarts supposedly 'game winning plays'.. it's laughable
Maybe we'll keep doing what we're doing and winning and you keep doing what you're doing and losing.

Deal?

If you're into jokes and laughing look no further than your 76ers.

So Danny Ainge takes over a team and within 5 years wins a Championship. Then has a team that's a championship contender for 5 years. Then continues to be a decent team only missing the playoffs once in the next 4 years, before finishing with the number 1 seed in the East last year with an absolute shit load of assets. And you aren't rating the job he has done?

Meanwhile in Cleveland you get delivered the second greatest player in the history of the game. Can't put any good players around him mainly due to poor management. Do such a bad job that player leaves. Become really really bad. Somehow pull 3 number one draft picks out of your ass. Even with them put together an average team at best, that probably wouldn't get out of the first round of the playoffs. Then get lucky LeBron wants to come back.

Glass houses bro.
Lucky? Explain how it's "lucky" that LeBron wanted to come back.

Your team was treading water as a middle of the road team at best and then LeBron decided he wanted to come back to a team that was fortunate enough that he was born around the corner. This is spite of Cleveland managements best effort to destroy the relationship between them and LeBron.

You got lucky LeBron cared more about the city than the hatred he got when he left.

Not denying that but I don't see how it's lucky. He always wanted to come back and win a ring with Cleveland.

You're lucky he wanted to do that. If he wasn't born there, he wouldn't have.

You're lucky he forgave your organisation for the way he was treated when he left.

You mismanaged the **** out of it and it still worked out.

I don't even think he's forgiven the organisation. Clearly still dislikes Gilbert.

His love for the city saved the Cavs.

The Cavs would be Browns level of bad if LeBron was born in California or somewhere else.

Luck is major factor in any sport, Warriors are lucky the Timberwolves picked two different point guards ahead of Stef..

Like reflecting on this time when I was starting to get into basketball a lot. I remember Curry in college he was dynamic. One of the games that stand out for me was Saint Mary's v Davidson. The bloke looked like he could be great and showed potential point guard skills as well. At times Saint Mary's had three players guarding him. Patty Mills was severely underrated as well from that draft. Had 6 three pointers against Gonzaga in a half and then broke his wrist and his draft stocks plummeted.

Lots of Jeff Teague to minny noise
Sad day for Wolves fans. Rubio is a ******* star.

Thibs has been looking to move Rubio for the whole time he's been in Minnesota, disappointed all they got is a protected pick (lottery through 2020, if doesn't come through then 2021 & 2022 2nd round picks).

If they waive Bazz that's a max slot. They better get Lowry now. If this is Jeff Teague (who had the same 3P% as Rubio) then it's gonna get ugly.
