The fact he and hale were traded out because North 'supposedly' had an over supply of quality players in their positions is just gold.

Imagine how good furrito or petrie would have been if we got hold of them.

I was going to be happy with pick 25 cos thats what i thought he was worth

so extremely stoked along with all the other north supporters that we got 25 and 41 for him. I did like gibbo but that changed over the last few weeks.

Two blokes who left North just before a period of dominance.

On Gibbo, using the 'he finished fifth in your B+F' doesn't really mean much given we had 8 players who played 20 games or more and he was one of them.

If not for injury, he would have behind Hansen, Wells, Boomer, Ziebell, Campbell.

I'm not going to chuck a tanty and pretend Gibbo isn't good.

He's a good player and will fit in nicely at your lot.

But the 5th in a B+F is an aberration.

If he can finish 5th in your, I'll be impressed.

Finished higher than 5th over here...from memory ...
