Just to think it’s Sam Darcy’s first day of full AFL preseason training ever today…

At his size coming off his injuries and overall lack of junior career for a number of reasons, his performances last year were incredible.

I don’t think the AFL world quite knows what’s actually coming for them yet - we have never had a talent this promising on the list before.

Those being critical of Sam Darcy’s footwear need to pause to realise that he actually had normal trainers on when he got in the car - but the growth spurt continues and his feet simply exploded out of their constraints mid ride to training
