Yeah I think you can have a 'pre-nup' here - but it aint called the same and comes under 'contract law' of some sort.

Pre-nup is just another 'americanism' we have adopted................I mean sheez as if 'pre-nup' makes as much sense as 'contract for the disbursement of common, accumulated and personally derived assets during a marriage' or whatever it is called over here.

I beleive family law overrides any pre-nuptial contract.

'family law' has a pre-disposition to married couples with children - from my understanding and experience.

Tho admittadly I only have experience in that field with 'couples with children' in the family law system over the last 12 years or so, so that could be my 'narrow view' of it.

As if the Packers are that stupid. They'd have a cast iron pre nuptial in place.

They'll pay her off well enough, although I'd imagine she'll make more from "New Idea"

pre-nups are basically only worth the paper they are written on.

These days even marriage doesn't come into it. The amount is determined by various factors including length of the relationship, kids etc........

This one will be pretty quiet and settled well away from the courts and I'm sure Jodie will do quite well just like she has by being in the Packer family so far with the contacts made - certainly helped her get a fashion label together.......
