Carey said Crown staff had two opportunities “40 minutes apart” to call police on the night and he was “really disappointed” they hadn’t. I.e. someone else's fault.
“If what was alleged had happened, then the police would have been called straight away,” he said.
“They then had another opportunity, when I went up to my room, to call the police and they never called the police.
Someone else's fault again.
“I want to know why. Because if they had called the police, I wouldn’t be here standing here talking to you about this.” Someone else's fault again.

He's just doing it for show. He thinks if he talks it up enough people will start to believe it was actually not illegal. There's no way he takes this to court, he'll get torn apart.

Also, Crown can remove and ban someone from their venue for whatever reason they like, it's private property. They don't even have to give a reason.
Not entirely true. They can't discriminate.

That's why Carey is taking the angle he is.

Carey’s legal team considering suing for disability discrimination.......they’ll have a better perspective after they take their ‘anti-inflammatories’ over a few drinks.....

No, Carey is taking the angle he is because he's desperate and clawing at anything he can to try and save his media career.

No judge is ever going to rule that having someone removed from private property for carrying a suspicious bag of white powder is discrimination. Plus, as the Crown CEO already said, they would have to be aware he had a disability to discriminate against it, and there's no way for them to know that.

Plus the fact he even has a disability will probably get torn to pieces in court, especially after his performance on SAS Australia.

Well said - his ‘team’ are just throwing dog sh1t around trying to make some stick.

My guess...his TV and AFL career such as it is..is toast

What sort of claim would he be going after?
Damages?

How does being banned from a Casino damage anyone?

The thing where he glassed someone sort of ruined it, but then some time , and probably some contracts with behavioral clauses and he came back.

Its stabbing in the dark to say that the Casino banning him ruined his career. No dumbass, its your actions inside the Casino.... like you said a bad look.

Loss of employment I gather.

He tried (and got away with) the exact same approach after the Barwon Prison / coke bust of 2012. Blamed them for not searching him when, according to staff, they tried to and he did a runner.

Just gets more hysterical! 😆😆

Are you all there? You think security at casinos and clubs have drug testing kits out back?

Crown have said that didn't happen.

Given they would have 4 million camera angles and witnesses...i'm more inclined to believe them than a solid gold turd of a human like wayne.
And you believe crown ? The biggest money laundering flogs in the country 😂😂😂😂
