Have the AFL PTV rights been given to foxtel, or does C7 still have a chance to get them back???

The AFL say that Foxtel has the rights. Channel 7 say that their 14 day right of last offer applies to pay TV as well as free-to-air. Seems like they are clutching at straws on this one.

The AFL say it's a "done deal" and Foxtel have the PTV rights from 2002 but Ch7 dispute this and may go to court over it,but the consortium are certain that they have no hope. Optus have said that they may still be able to show some AFL replays by purchasing them from Foxtel.
