Think it was old mate Effcee - backed in from $3.80 to $1.90, but we didn't get the word, luckily, so I didn't pass it on. He finished 3rd. To this day, we don't where the hell the money came from, he was owned entirely out of Alice Springs and not a single one of us were told to back him. We were all at the pub that day absolutely dumbfounded as his price was getting smashed.
