Lets get Terry out. We aren't winning enough games, we arent rebuilding fast enough. The younger players arent catching on. We are officially the worst starting Richmond side ever. We have made the finals twice in 25 years. We have no depth, no quality talls, no speed.

We need some sort of replacement. Theres Sheedy, Voss maybe Pagan who we can pick up at the end of the year. However, another person who bleeds yellow and black, knows plenty about the club and recruitment could be our savior. We now think in terms of Chris Bond and Matthew Knights. No. We need someone sharper who than those two who have shared our pain. Our pain that kills us every single week of the AFL season for so years.

Although I'm on board for keeping Wallace, rebuilding and pumping up the kids with plenty of match experience, does anyone have anything to say about this comment? I thought we were supposed to be finals contenders this year too. Every year we have moved further up the ladder and I don't understand why all of a sudden we're 0-7 and rewriting the history books in the worst possible fashion. I may understand some of the reasons, but was this really 'on the cards'? Were we to be expecting this after coming such a long way in two years?

I'm with you Cairo. Sick of the moaning and sooking that is filling these boards. We all wanted to play the kids, dont flood, rebuild etc.....until it happened. Now we need instant success apparently.

Wallace could not just give 15 players the arse in one year he has had to do it over time and by doing that it has not given the club any on field stability so to speak. Look at the good sides in the AFL week after week they have the some core group of players playing good footy. We have kids that drift in and out of the game from one week to the next. When more of them start performing consistently the improvement will come.

I mean, there is no difference between players not having pressure for their spots, hence poducing insipid performances and the coach having no pressure for his spot after producing insipid performances. You gotta keep them on their toes or they make da money with ease.
