WOOOOOOOO we're into the Western Conference Finals!!!!
Andre Roberson take a bow, today was your break out game. If he can provide anything like he did tonight on Offense on a consistent basis we will be very hard to beat.
Durant and Westbrook did their thing as per usual and were absolutely amazing to watch go to work!
But for me the Star of this series was Steven Adams, time and time again he fought like workhorse to win us rebound after rebound and not only was he a beast on the defensive end but he took his game to a new level inside the paint. Without his efforts this series would not have turned out as it did.
Special mentions to Waiters and Kanter, they were exactly the consistent sparks we needed off the bench. Even though waiters has had his critics in the past I think he showed some real maturity in this series and knew exactly what his role was for the team, no hero ball and was a machine defensively. I actually felt more comfortable with him being in the game as opposed to when he was sitting on the bench which I think is the first time anyone has ever said that about Dion.
Kanter provided us with tough rebounding an timely Offense, for all the negativity he was getting last season about his Defense I think this post season he has been solid. Obviously Golden State will try to expose him on the switches with Curry but if he can somehow hold his own in that series I think we are very much a chance.
Also Serge played well tonight and provided exactly what we needed from him, his activity in the next series against golden state will be pivotal to the outcome.
All up it was an amazing team effort by our boys. Billy really has them playing some commuted Defense, especially in the San Antonio series. Who knows if this wasn't his plan all along???? Bully definitely out coached Pops and it was a joy to watch.
What a difference it makes to be Healthy for once!!! If we can keep this momentum up for the remainder of our games who knows how far we can go

Well that was unexpected, but a great result! Especially with Durant and Westbrook shooting so poor. Westbrook was good in the second half though, the guy just keeps fighting.
Also, Adams was again immense. He has had a huge post-season and is killing it on the boards.
Waiters has also been good so far, although I still feel nervous when he has the ball and takes a long contested two. But gives a good spark off the bench.

We showed we have what it takes to go all the way, and although very unlikely this year, we've got some good times to come. Just can't see us winning at the Oracle again.
Given Donovan was in his first year, can't have asked anymore from him, even though I spent half the season bagging him. Give him the offseason to continue working with Adams, Roberson, Waiters, Ibaka, and Kanter, plus KD and Russ and who knows what will happen.

Klay played the game of his lif the other day and Roberson got into foul trouble which meant the shorter Waiters had to guard him for longer periods of time. No way Thunder allow him to do that again, not with our necks on the line. Durant defending curry on the perimeter has been a real issue with for Steph with Dirants extra length.
We just need Russ, KD and Adams to attack the rim and get Bogut into early foul trouble and then their whole game plan crumbles. We've seen it happen already multiple times this series.
If serge is going to stay outside and shoot 3's he has to convert them at an efficient rate, which he has been doing so far until yesterday's game.
Don't be dejected guys, believe in our boys. All we need is one more win, it's extremely hard to beat a high quality team 3 times in a row during the playoffs. And that's exactly what we are, a high quality team.
Everyone wrote us off even making it this far and now they're writing us off again. If KD and Russ ever want to be truly considered as top 3 players in the league this is where they have to stand up and be the masters of their own destiny.
KD tried to do a little too much on his own yesterday, he'll learn just like Russ did from game two and come out with a smarter approach.

I really give us a huge shot tomorrow, i think we will move the ball more and will work on our defensive rotations to contest more of there shots on the perimeter. Klay cant (hopefully) get that hot again, he basically beat us on his own in g6. We need to get to the line more and if we continue to shoot the 3 ball so much need to go at atleast 35%. I know we will come out swinging just need to take there early onslaught and then come back harder at them.
At the very least, it is going to be a cracking game. Two powerhouses with nothing to lose putting it all on the line. With the likes of KD, Steph, Klay and Russ capable of turning the game on its head themselves who knows what will happen. But it will be exciting.

Hope KD commits to OKC in the summer and this makes all of them hungrier then ever to win a ring.
We definitely have the team to do so, now we just need the belief.
Presti please somehow flip Singler and Foye off for something useful like a Nicolas Batum (in my dreams) and trade waiters or morrow for a Courtney Lee again wishful thinking? Is that too much to ask??? I don't even care if the salaries don't work, I'm just frustrated and being delusional. I'm allowed that after what just happened.
