The OHA loss to Uni could prove costly in the race for fourth spot. Uni have Richmond this week and again in round 16 which should be a couple of wins.

After going down by 9 and 2 points in our first 2 games against the chooks this is the week we get over them.

Hutchins 27
ST Virgils 38
Uni 185

Exactly what I’ve heard
Apparently Standen was back and got a couple of snags on the weekend? Wonder if OHA could roll Uni and St Virgil's in the last two to make finals? Imagine a few sides would not want the Ships come finals time!

Two big games this weekend - Hut / St V for second spot + Uni and OHA for fourth spot.

Great competition!

Definitely could beat Uni this weekend. But St.Virgils at the bike track is a tough one. They themselves will probably need to win to make top 2

They certainly did! Ships ended up rolling Uni by nearly 40 points and are now in the Four.
The Beans rolled SVC in a low scoring game and the Chooks annihilated Richmond at the TCA by 200+ points. Last quarter was relatively even, couldda been close to 300 the way it was heading!

So OHA need to beat SVC at the bike track to lock in finals. SVC now can’t move up to 2nd so will they even try? I guess they can determine who they want in that first final. If they fancy beating Uni more maybe they will go all out to win

Beans into the grannie!
Rolled DOSA in an upset at the TCA by 5 goals.
Saints have Uni at the bike track today, winner meets the Chooks next week.

Worst part, Sam Reeves had the ball in the last minute, played on, got caught holding ball and DOSA slotted it despite kicking 9 behinds in a row.
Lazy at Glenorchy when he went to KGV and didn't get much game time and my sources tell me he got the acid put on him at Hobart by Gilmour for not being a team player and he sulked off to the Saints.
Same same.

What are we expecting this week for the grand final? Hutchins have a bit too much class for DOSA?

Went and watched the Prelim, good crowd and a good game. Saints would be spewing they let that one slip away.

J Bowden is a class above.

Well J Bowden had a career of being a class above!!!

A very good player in the TSL & for Tasmania.

Beans. 23 points.
On the money about Bowden. Almost won SVC the prelim final off his own boot.

Based on the qualifying final. Hutchins looked more classy and quicker. Burbury off half back/wing was dominant. Whether that happens again we’ll see. Should be close

What happens with SVC? Bowden signed on next year? Already out laying big coin, so not sure they’ll be able to sign anyone else

I don’t believe he is coaching though? Could be wrong.
IMO he should of moved down back late in last weeks game.
