The reaction to rough house tactics by the americans is something that has to be applauded

that shove by fernandez on chris paul could have easily sparked an all-in brawl

CP3 demonstrating pure class by shrugging it off and looking to punish them on the scoreboard instead

Spain played like c***s. They set the dirtiest screens, and then they flopped like soccer players (especially when shooting). Marc Gasol was lucky not to have 4 fouls at quarter time - the refs let him get away with heaps under the basket. I was so glad they lost.

I don't know how your point is at all controversial. I didn't see all of Magic either, but Stockton was the prototype PG. He would walk on to the current Team USA starting lineup, no question. Fastest basketball brain I've ever seen.

what you said also applies to the NBA. players get away with murder all the time (superstars). garnett sets dirty screens in his sleep.

i for one would've enjoyed seeing the spaniards win.
