Just for starters? Corowa 2's. A rather tall firefighter with a booming L foot. #41 , They named the river after this morris medalist. Surname rhymes with thompson. a guest appearance from a bloke who's facial hair didn't match his lid , and about 6 blokes wanting to play F'F. Even the opera singer from rovers keeps pretty fit!

WTF are you on about ??

He’s doing everything in his power to get transferred to Mansfield, the club are not letting him off and so they shouldn’t. He has moved to Mansfield so he either has to travel back to play or simply sit out for the year.

Corowa have lost lots of quality young players, they also have 8 players who missed out, including Lawton ect.

Talking to a few people jindera also had a few players out.. and the people who I talked to played or where there watching and it didn’t look good for corwa

Geez the mark Clem Smith took was a blatant free kick. On another note, surely the Hoppers could have given him a better number whilst he gets himself in some sort of respectable shape than number "ate"

He took a Ripper of a mark at Tatura last weekend and a ripper of a goal too. North Albury has got a Best and Fairest if and when he is fit.
Good crowd from the Grasshoppers too, Better than some of the away crowd in normal GVFL season.

If and when he is fit? He is miles off it at this stage.

Have Raiders done enough to suggest a possible top two finish? Based on the signing of Goldsmith
Yes. If they don't capitulate and actually live up to the hype unlike in previous seasons, a top-two finish in 2018 is likely. Have heard that Raiders are quicker off half back and around the ground than in previous seasons. Will be a good game to watch in round one between the Magpies, especially on the expanses of Birralee. Expect Raiders, Yarra and Wang to be in the frame for the flag this year.

I feel losing Mellington, Uthayakumar and Schulz will be too much for Albury, although it opens serious holes in their salary cap for a couple of big fish.
