Lee Nailon you little Beauty!
Yesterdays game between the Hornets and Rockets was tipped to be an evenly matched game, but how even?
That question was answerd yesterday when the Hornets came from 6 points down with 2 minutes to go, to froce there way infront 71-70 with 11 seconds to go. Then with 5 seconds to go, Houston then hit a 2 pointer with 5 seconds left to give theirselves a 71-72 lead. Then ofcourse the Hornets called a time-out which gave them time to have a plan for the dying 5 seconds left on the clock. The plan was for Elden Cambell to have the last shot, but the inbound pass with deflected off, and Lee Nailon then picked up the crums. Nailon looked at the buzzer, noticed there was 2 seconds left on the clock, and felt heaps of preasure. He just focused, tip the shot up and SCORED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Hornets now move to 22-23, and will make the play-offs.
Jamal Mashburn has made it clear that he wants to start training on the 11th of Feb, which means he will play on the 13th of Feb (14th Australia time) against the Bulls at home.
