All over, what a win for WA.

NSW really blew that at the end when they looked like cruising to a win.

I still remember Zampa hitting a six to beat scorchers once

Not sure why Dwarsuis took the single at the end there, probably should have been dealing in boundaries instead of forcing Sangha to face

First ball of the over too, he should have stayed on strike and only looked for a single at the end of the over.

Got to wonder who the genius is at CA who scheduled the final on a Friday before a long weekend…

Most people wouldn't have even known the final was on today, a far cry from the days when one day domestic games were shown on Ch9 on weekends.

Couple of ripping catches to turn the match

Our whiteball cricket is next level at the moment.
Six 50 over titles and four T20 titles since we last won the Sheffield Shield.

Not sure if that's a good or a bad thing, tbh.

I saw it advertised on the Bushrangers Facebook page this morning, only reason I knew it was on.

This.

WA is almost the centre of white ball expertise. At the same time they are grateful SA exists because they have been ordinary in the Shield for a long time.

I think the Wood/Langer era at the WACA focussed on white ball success.

Stoinis for example improved his white ball game while his red ball went down the gurgler when he returned to WA.

His last couple of years with us weren't great with red ball honestly
