Its mate v mate, state v... Oh sorry, that craps over, let the real games start again :p :D Players may have been playing against each other in the last couple of days but the teams are back together for the 2nd half of the season and this round has a huge Match of the Round as the top of the ladder Fremantle Mariners host the 4th place Sharks who have been a much better one day side than Test side this year. This game also marks the first game of which traded players can play with the Sharks making a couple of changes whilst Freo welcome back one of their favourites back to the Docks (Wow, my longest intro ever :p )

Freo to select the pitch before 21:30 AEST Wednesday otherwise its a random pitch

Game to start whenever the teams are in, if they aint in by 21:30 AEST Thursday then the team remains unchanged and you lose a point

Also portentous will not be in the 11 for this match, Although she is a major addition to Fremantle I have to honour the good form the side has been showing. Will be the first picked in the test match though.

A huge match. Freo have been near dominant in the One Dayers and we've just started to hit our straps. We tied with these bastards in Round 1, let's go 1 run better.

A match of near finals proportion Sharks, time to stand up.

A once proud and vocal club. Without BB Gun around though...they just don't seem, well, proud. No passion. Great on the field but their off the field prescene is that of a lazy rat who'd rather stay in his hole chewing the dry wall instead of going out in search of cheese.

I once upon a time really looked forward to this match but it just kinda seems like a normal, non-eventful match. Good luck Freo. Go Sharks. Woo!

When you have the best cheese already in the dressing room you don't have to go looking for new cheese Kapow, you should know that ;)

Big game boys, if we win here, then we can pop into the top 3 maybe even 2 but a loss will drop us back in the order, so a must win, look forward to either or both of Arma and boncers debuts, good luck boys!

Bloody hell this is going to be tough.

How am I going to squeeze in Arma, Boncer and Squiz into a winning side while also trying to give Phil a spot up the order? Some people, if not most are going to be disappointed, as I am not too keen on messing around with a winning side.

I may have to take the same approach as CameronK with the new recruits having to earn their stripes. I will have to look at the side in the next few minutes and see what I can do.

May take me a little while :D Probably a good problem to have though!

I can tell you that it is a good prolem to have, unlike the test side which I am going to have a complete makeover of depending on the pitch.

Good luck choosing a team but yeah, earning their stripes will hopefully make them hungrier to be selected and in our One day team, we are doing very well so maybe it is wise, good luck selecting the side :thumbsu:
