Well that was disappointing.

Well played Freo, just a level above us.

Bowling was disappointing allowing Freo to make 300 after we sent them in, but the batters were equally disappointing.

Might be time we rest a couple of players. It was pleasing to see Phil and CBA do well down the order but the task at hand was just too big.

Time to regroup and I think there will be a few changes coming up shortly.

Poor effort from the bowlers there. Several batsman looked good but just couldnt get the runs quick enough. Have to regroup Sharks and get set for our test match. Against.... Guess Who.

The bowling seriously let us down in this match.

Gotta say Kapow!!!'s One Day form isn't too flattering either, maybe an opening for myself there ;)

Yes Kapow!!! may be rested for the next game and there will be an inclusion, maybe not in the opening spot as I might give PhilHawk another go while he is seeing the ball nicely.

A few changes will be made a bowler will come out for Boncer, a btasman or two for Arma and Squizza.

Damn, that was poor bowling! 1 for me and 1 for dyer, that was all really. The batting was alright, phil, CBA, Ray and demon highlighted an average innings. Teh test and the next ODI will see some of our newer faces get a run :thumbsu:

Well played Freo, top class team.

Great game guys, Kenny was brilliant and really put the game out of the Sharks reach. This side just continues to amaze me in the one day arena :thumbsu:

When someone pointed out we could get a top three spot here, immediately I thought we'd lose, as it's the sort of game to do so. I wasn't proven wrong, and I will have a low key buildup to the next match; my first ever duck, and in style - golden style. :(

Well played Mariners. :thumbsu:

Damn unlucky again boys. My curse of actually scoring - when we lose the match - continues. :(

Some positives to take out of the match was the good form with the bat from both Demon, Ray and CBA and myself had a nice little cameo down the order.

I must say that Ray has to be one of the most consistent batsmen in the comps. Sure he isn't as cavalier as our other Frontline batsmen, Kapow!!!,Spelly and BRG, but he always gets the job done - and very well too I might add.

Unlucky boys, well played Mariners. :thumbsu:

Great work Mariners, massive total on a normal pitch. Sad to not make more runs on my active return. Should have kept quiet Kenny style:)

It was a grind early, but at the top we just knew that if we were not too many down early things would get a lot easier for the middle order. Kenny the king, and Rozza the heir to his throne!

And great work bowlers containing them on a good pitch.

Bad luck sharks - it was a close game 1st time round, and I guess I had you pencilled in as contenders. I guess I was wrong;)

Bad luck Chubby and the boys.

(Chubby = Chubby Checker = Spell-Check - my retun to BFFC will be marked by my commitment to terrible nicknames).

Bad loss Sharks, good effort from a select few but not enough, the bowlers struggled and some of the batters also did. The gaps are opening up for a berth next week :) :thumbsu:

Bad luck fellas, gotta regroup, but we have a great team here, so we gotta keep winning to guareentee ourselves a berth in the finals.
