Not sure what to make of my innings. I suppose I'm happy with making a 50 on debut at about a run a ball but would have liked to go on with it. I suppose I did my bit as the batsman all did pretty well...except poor Ant :( Luckily his bowling made up for it :p

We are seeing some big run chases this season aren't we?

Unlucky lads, fair game that. Zeke played a fantastic knock to put the innings together with Roodog putting on some fine finishing touches with the help of the busman and MM. Only real bowlers to bowl reasonably well was Cogs and Mooks for taking wickets.

Congrats to the Allies on winning a big game.

That's how to conduct a chase.

Felt confident the whole way except for the wobble after the openers got out.

Hilly & Iceman at the top look superb.

The Dish is in superb one day form & Kahuna.....what a pick up.

Of the bowlers CarterS once again showed himself to be the most economical bowler in the comp.

Another convincing win for the Allies keep it up. I wish I could take my form from the one dayers but oh well.

Edit: Look my strike rate is above 25 for once.:D

The bowlers have produced nothing in recent times. Sorry batsmen.

We need to work on a few things in the nets over the week - hope we can bounce back for the big clash against Team 13.

Well that was fairly predictable!

Good overall contest but ultimately slightly outgunned in the batting department, and I have to take share of the blame for that.

Still, I'm sure we'll bounce back.

I look forward to our next meeting.

Well done Allies. Great chase.

The bowling seems to be an issue in this form of the game, no thanks to me, with my 200+ bowling average .

However the batting is looking very good, so if we can get these bowling issues under control, we could very well be challenging the teams above.

Glad to score some runs and add another MOTM to my record....

And to think i was considering retiring after my form has been crap for most of this season.... ;)

You talk of crap? It's taken me 6 innings to get to 100 runs with a best of 25.:(
