well it's happened yet again, the legal system has dropped it's daks, bent over and taken a good rogering from another 'celebrity' footballer!!!

derrick picket, what an absolute joke but i always knew it would end this way with star footballer let off with only a $900 fine and no jail time, after drink driving and crashing his car whilst disqualified.

not that this is the first time picket was caught driving whist disqualified because last june he was pulled over by adelaide police and only given a verbal caution not to drive and not charged with any crime. we also heard that he had done similar things in melbourne but strangely they were never mentioned in court.

the whole legal process is a corrupt farce when police and public prosecutors and magestrates can bend the rules and manipulate court proceedings to suit their agendas.

let's compare the punishment handed out to an ordinary mug punter here in the sleepy backwater of adelaide.......a 21 year old lad without criminal record and not drinking was charged with the same offence of driving whilst disqualified and given 6 months jail.

geez but we cant have our precious afl bootballers going to jail for 6 months and miss the footy season.......what a pathetic joke.

and this isn't the first time these pampered pooches have received preferencial treatment after commiting a serious crime, just look what happened with all the rape allegations.......they were all swept under the carpet and noone has done any time in the slammer.

derrick picket is lucky......he's an afl footballer plus he's a native.......bingo, the daily double!!!!! guaranteed to ellicit bucket loads of sympathy from public prosecutors and bleeding heart magestrates. just think, if he was also a gay whale watching environmental refugee, he would be allowed to murder people on a regular basis without punishment.

This celebrity charity is hardly a new thing, just the same as any copper will tell you that they are far more lenient to good looking women than they are to men or not so good looking women.
