He had legs like tree trunks!
A very good player indeed.
We had him from 1983-86 and was always a regular at Centre Half Back in his four years with us.
Came to us at 24 playing 86 games in total before returning to S.A.
Played really well in the 1984 finals when we beat both Fitzroy & Carlton on the way to losing in the Prelim.
