Maybe some one can help me here, but has Mathew Renshaw retired or given the game away.Does he play white ball cricket, or just red ball.He was the talk of the town a few years back.I'm very sure Burns, Harris and Maddinson will be the top 3 for the A game. If Burns fails again and the other two bat well together, well...

Green should play. It's just how Australia juggle who opens out of Wade, Head and Lab to fit him in.Green being overlooked would be an all time howler. He's clearly earned it and is more talented than the alternatives/incumbents.
Surely it won't happen?
I'd bet he will play Test cricket again one day but he was pretty overrated on here during that debut stint.Hasn't made a run in 2 years opening, moved back down the order

You really know how to hold a grudge.

Harris/Maddinson, Wade, Lab, Smith, Head, GreenBurns, Wade, Lab, Smith, Head, Green
Burns, Head, Lab, Smith, Wade, Green
Burns, Lab, Smith, Head, Wade, Green
???, ???. Lab, Smith, Head, Wade
Or Green and possibly Burns squeezed out for the likes of a Harris or Maddinson etc ?
There's word about they may wait until Sydney (3rd test) to unleash Green and possibly also play Swepson there, resting one of the quicks.
Haven't we already been resting the quicks ?
In any case Cummins, Hazlewood and Starc home ground is the SCG.
If Green misses for Head it would be one of the all time howlers.
Really? If Green misses for Head it would be one of the all time howlers.
??
Head of the exceptional shield form this year?
Head who scored two 150+ scores to single-handedly save South Australia from outrights on two occasions this year?
I mean if we're picking Green off his great shield form, which we should, then we need to do the same for Head.
How often does an incumbent get dropped off outstanding Shield form though? Never.Plenty of players in the past have not been selected on outstanding shield form. Head is not the answer, its his mode of dismissal that is the issue and it looks like its something he hasn't fixed. I am not even remotely close to a Wade fan either but if you asked me who I was more confident in batting in a test match its Wade over Head.
More runs than Virat last year and at a better average.Plenty of players in the past have not been selected on outstanding shield form. I am not even remotely close to a Wade fan either but if you asked me who I was more confident in batting in a test match its Wade over Head.
Really?
If anyone misses out for Green it should be Wade, not Head.
Yeah but he gets out in a way that I don't like.
I know, right?Yeah but he gets out in a way that I don't like.
