That’s a great top 7.

very much the makings of a #1 team.

just need adequate replacements for when warner and paine depart.

I'd definitely take Marsh over Harris/Burns at the moment. But he isn't in the squad so it looks like Harris might get the gig unless somehow Burnsy pulls a rabbit out of the hat and works out where his off-stump is.

he tends to bat a bit slower than Head and his technique appears to be stronger so i'd have to agree. But i think he will bat at 6.

I’m a massive fan of Josh Inglis so he’d be my keeper after Paine. The opener is harder and it’s the I have no idea basket.

Batting him at 5 helps Head too the numbers don’t lie he’s a much better 6 than a 5.

surely warner is back immediately regardless , it just might mean pucovski sitting out the series.

Wade and Harris open and both get tons,Pucovski surely would not be in the 2nd test.Warner to come back in will make it interesting but only time will tell how the batsman perform in the 1st test.The sad part is the players that miss out have no cricket to play other then this T20 crap.

Unless Head has a summer of complete failures he isn't being dropped anytime soon. Green only needs to be bowling 5-10 overs an innings to make Marsh completely redundant

well they have backed him ahead of renshaw in QLD so he must be decently rated. The selectors do love that combination.

When did Wade become an opening option? I joking suggested that his T20 opening performances would get him a test position doing that, but it was a joke!

He bats at 3 for Tassie. He's a viable option to open for at least 1 test match. Who knows, he might flourish in the role.
