Online trolling and abuse

Just the other day at my son's U12 game I was goal-umpiring at the "far end" and a lone parent from the opposition club was yelling over the fence, telling one of his son's teammates to "stop playing like a p***y".

this jars these days in a similar way to the idea of smoking on public transport or throwing your rubbish in the street - anachronisms exist but are more and more seen as aberrations to the more enlightened expectations of the times...........

There seems to be some new posters that have taken this too literally. Just Saying.

I think rubbernub was suggesting that some posters have taken it too literally i.e not behaving like adults.

Sorry if my humour was too obtuse. I was referring to the new posters on here recently demanding this and demanding that - acting like spoilt children eg sacking Bolts after we lost by a goal to the hawks. For about 24 hours there was definitely a different atmosphere in here- and not for the better

Did you ban them from technology and send them to theor room?? I would have. Unless of course they want to start paying for the mortgage.
