Whatever he says on 'The Game' tomorrow night - don't expect it to be pretty!!!
He hasn't pussy-footed around in the way he left - he simply just did - no 'soft' waiting till the end of the season - and all that.
I am sooooo spewing that we don't get 'The Game' up here till around midnight!!!
Personally - I think alot of it has to do with the coach. I have seen on several occasions this year, Adam being singled out on the training track and subject to a tirade of verbal attacks/abuse or coaching criticms. I was astounded. I have NEVER seen Matthews do that with any other player in all the training sessions I have seen this year.
There is a massive amount of player support staff here in Brisbane - starting with 4 assistant coaches. Yet they all claim they didn't know anything was wrong!
All sounds a bit fishy to me! Just like - Matthews didn't go and talk to Adam himself! Sent Gubby Allen instead (and of course Stefan Carey)!!!!
Wouldn't the coach be the best to try and talk a player into staying??
