Victim blaming much?
"If she doesn't want to be r*ped, why is she wearing a short skirt".
Nice job demonstrating yet another example of this countries problem with women.

Channel 10 execs would be loving this, as will BBL.
So if a sexist pig is playing all females should be banned ?It does beg the question, if it's such a well established fact that Chris Gayle doesn't mind trying to have a crack at any female that takes his eye, what the hell is a female reporter doing interviewing him in the first place?

or Roz Kelly or Mel McLaughlin and Nerolie could be pro-active in shutting him down, and have strategies. How about instead of the eyes-gaze to undress you metaphorically, you meet his gaze, but more of a stare down, like before one of those MMA bouts. Give him an MMA stare-down with taut facial muscle pose and the clenched jaw.Victim blaming much?

I'd suggest that it's more like blaming both the person who committed the assault and also blaming the alcohol provider for giving a known violent drunk another beer.Suggesting "they put the conditions together" is like blaming alcohol providers for assaults, rather than blaming the person who committed the assault.
This guy might disagree at the momentThere is no such thing as bad publicity as they say
Yes. That's exactly what he did. A+ comprehension. Now you are comparing this to rape![]()
What if Channel 10 only threw Gayle under a bus when they discovered it was going to be a PR and SJW issue? So if a sexist pig is playing all females should be banned ?
What if it's a male reporter and the player he's interviewing is gay and tries hitting onthe reporter ? Ban all male reporters as well

Shit, I was thinking of Sarah Jones...Yes, I think Mel Jones was hired entirely for her cricket knowledge and not for her looks.
You disagree?

This goes for Gayle as well, who will plow on long after this has blown over

Not so sure about that. Could possibly cost Gayle a BBL contract next year, might have blow on effects to county cricket or other leagues. Definitely won't be asked to do any media gigs in Australia.
With the moral vacuum that is commercial television these days (ie anything for ratings), you could easily believe Channel 10 knew exactly what they were doing.I'd suggest that it's more like blaming both the person who committed the assault and also blaming the alcohol provider for giving a known violent drunk another beer.
It's a good point.
There was always going to be a good chance that Gayle was going to do what he did. Channel 10 rolled the dice and lost (or won - depending on how you look at it).
I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here a possibility doe?
that has been indulged by the thousands of women who went up to his hotel suite with him.If you're so concerned about his intentions, have a listen to the link that multiple posters have put up where Neroli Meadows & Melinda Farrell both state that this is common and constant behaviour from Gayle that isn't meant as a joke but is intentional and disrespectful.

It is neither Gayles fault, the willing sexual partners fault, nor the journalists fault. But this "outrage echo chamber" does not accurately portray the situation. How "offensive" can it be, if someone says they wish to look into your eyes, if someone calls you "baby". Have you not engaged in a transference, or counter-transference in what Gayle is "really saying" on a different level. So, he has was really slipping his hotel keys in Mel's pocket, with no concern about her single-status. And he said this "on air". And he has form, and he is pretty loose with his sexual partners and appetite.
So how different is he from Warnie?
Or Buddy Franklin?
What Gayle did was not a crime.I'd suggest that it's more like blaming both the person who committed the assault and also blaming the alcohol provider for giving a known violent drunk another beer.
