Lol no, not threaten the guy, just give him an offer that would be too hard to say no to. It's probably what we've done with Mick tbh.
Yeah I'm not sure he even owns a horse anyway.

A coach that coaches from the boundary line, is that an "other perspective coach?"You mean like threaten him?
I guess it might work. What if he says no, do we have to go through with it. Other perspective coaches might think we've lost our nerve......
That's OK, that's your opinion. I think he is a great coach and I don't really want him at Carlton.I think it's silly to want a coach that has made it known he dislikes our club. He is one guy i don't want, we would be subjected to dull defensive style of football.
Is that the royal "most of us"? Please point out where i have disrespected anyone? The vitriol directed to anyone that wasn't part of the keep ratts brigade, was very disrespectful. I learned a long time ago, that insulting someone that is basically just words on a vdu is pretty pointless. Make out of that what you may.

I'm not impressed by Roos in the slightest. Hearing his ramblings in the media this year has totally changed my opinion of him. Lives in a Swans vacuum and barely seems to watch any non-Swans games, other than those he is forced to commentate (this, however, doesn't stop him from primarily talking about Sydney during said non-Sydney games).
I thought he would be great replacing Hird on On The Couch, but he actually appears to be quite a simpleton... He just disguises it by gushing jargon and relying on the footballing 'authority' he is afforded for being a premiership coach.
I don't know why the majority have a hard on for Milhouse.....this is a bloke that single handedly derailed Collingwood's season last year because of his ego.
Why no mention of Choco Williams, seriously a good coach of a club that was under resourced and a financial basket case, took them too a premiership and backed it up in 07. taking them too a grand final when everyone else had written them off. He probably stayed at Port for 1 year too long which tarnished his image a little.......... He's currently at GWS doing good things with the young list.
Not easy to do. I would love to get Woosha but why would he leave the club he captained to premierships and coached to a premiership, when they are still contenders? I wouldn't poach anybody else except for Chris Scott.Could we do another Freo / Lyons from last year, and pinch an existing senior coach from another club?
Unfortunstely, I don,'t give our board (insert Sticks name here) enough credit or street cred to do that.
Better the Magpie you know...Just can't get excited for Roos at all.
Don't like the way he coached out the Swans and not sure he has what it takes to deliver again.
I'd sooner have Malthouse, yet would be happiest if Gavin Brown came through against all the odds.

This is all bull****
We will probably finish 5th next year with a nicer run with injuries and it wont be because of the coach.
Do people really think the coach has all that much influence?
