I'm just surprised that no one has started calling him Matt Clanger yet. Terrible disposal from what I've seen of him (at least 5-6 Eagles games this year).

Yep, you make a fair point. He has played 7 games and has a disposal efficiency rating of 84%.

His 5 worst games (I mean you have seen "5 or 6" apparently) were:

56%, 73%, 79%, 86% and 91% (The 2 you "missed" he got 100% and 100%).

Shit disposal....

As a point of reference, lets compare that with say Rhys Palmer (65%) or Pavlich (65%)....

Although in fairness, Spang does seem to be getting better.

Lol owned... could have picked on any other aspect of his game, but not his disposal effectiveness.

Apparently it's a game 'worth nothing more than four points' to the club that has spent the past two years mouthing off about it. Whereas Freo, who barely make mention of the derby, treat it as serious as a grand final. Amazing.

Guess what? Saying you're going to 'kill' (not literally of course) or line up an opposition player is the type of thing that's said every week too. Especially if they happen to have aimed a few comments towards your team in the build-up (and good on him too - nothing like a bit of extra derby passion).

Very inaccurate I must admit. Against the best team in the league for a couple of years. Yet still we managed more than one goal.

At least we kicked more than 1 goal. Sure we've had our floggings, like last season when we were playing a lot of kids too! Did it make a difference to you lot?? No chance! We are eternal enemies! Always will be! Bring on the derby!!
