The first one you can chalk up as a howler. It was bad but it happens. The second you have to consider putting on your conspiracy hat. Umpire was only 20m away at right angles with a clear view. He allowed the ball to be knocked out of Rayner's hands well after the mark should have been paid and then the ball continued to be played. The crowd was going nuts and the commentators had enough time to comment about what the deal was before the umpire decided it was too obvious not to pay the mark.
