Got the oldest team ever to pull on boots to a walkover grandfinal tho. Brilliant that he got away with it really, just in time to leave and become CEO.

Not sure in 50y of playing, coaching and watching sport that I've ever seen someone in charge of the rules, make such blatantly favourable changes in favour of his own team, then frank those changes by going home to run the club to enjoy the fruits of his labour.

He'll never have to buy a beer in Scatland again.
