Correct. The thread does not exist to complain about those that complain.

In fact those that have genuine complaints in regards to Carlton should be encouraged to discuss those complaints. Those that make up bullshit, perpetuate it as truth, then form back on the whole 'it's Bay 13 lighten up' routine consistently are the subject of my focus.

These crap artists influence a whole generation of serious but naive posters who think that we really do pay Judd most of his salary outside the cap, that we really have cheated during our entire existence, that we really do fix or throw matches, that most of our players are inferior to most players from every other team.

I call out this so called banter so that our image receives a balanced account, and so downhill skiers on the Bay can fret about how they were called out on our board. It seems to be working so far.

Firstly the thread is not about complaining and that is what you quoted.

Secondly, I am more letting people know that I see through them and if they are happy with what they offer, then good for them.

The Greek chorus was a group of men who stood virtually in the orchestra pit of the stage during the classic period of Greek literature. They commented, heckled and challenged the actors and apparently were considered as important as the actors themselves - although ultimately as SOS suggests they were quite separate from the action.

You should educate yourself a little before jumping head first into the dreaded pit of humiliation. They hide this stuff in books.

Not a statement of fact Stronzo but I knew that you couldn't address the hypocrisy so you would probably take those words out of context.

I see a fair bit of us taking the piss out of Bay 13 amidst those that are genuinely complaining.

I read about 2% of what happens in Bay 13, and it doesn't fire me up at all these days. I do however like to remind posters who think they are important because their rubbish goes unchallenged, that they are not as important as they think they are.

Challenging someone with facts on Bay 13 is a waste of time because as we discussed, you don't own someone using facts, you own them by being equally as silly and by getting others to back you because they hate the other guy's team more than yours. Ask most to form a debate on a forum where only intelligence and logic are required and they are off running in the other direction. I am hoping to remind those more impressionable posters who read this tripe, that credibility of those that they are reading is diminished, and it is purely intended to be satirical. As we both know, rubbish spouted on Bay 13 makes its way on to other boards and is ignorantly posted as factual. Maybe if Bay 13 could manage to keep its waste within the confines of its own property, none of it would be an issue.

I can readily concede that the Bay is taking the piss but there is just as much reason to think the Bay (read you) is looking for a way to combat this thread because it annoys you. You say you are not complaining, yet when I say the same thing, you choose not to believe it. You then go on to suggest that you are showing me up somehow in this thread.

The only way you can show me up in this thread is by baiting me and getting me to respond while reporting back to the locals in the thread. This would probably validate my opinions on the Bay residents and the quality of the work. Most definitely in the 85%.
