Have to wonder how bedwetter Kolodjashnij and May are feeling right now.
Both haven’t improved one iota under the so called better culture in VFL land. Bedwetter KK and Run Out of Town By the Wags May have taken the easy option thinking cutting and running will give them success.

I guess the one advantage of not being in the Melbourne spotlight and not having anyone in the media saying much positive about us is that we can’t get ahead of ourselves or drink our own bathwater.
Both Essendon and Melbourne widely talked up over the summer as contenders and both have come out with no intent or hunger. They’ve both looked awful early.

Liked the guy but doesn't suit our game style if you can't defend as a defender, can't win contested ball and his kicking and the rest of his game went downhill after the injuries.

From all reports was flat out not offered a new contract.
Not to my knowledge. By all reports, wasn't offered a contract and was shopped around by us. Mutual in that I think Kolo needed a bit of a fresh start, and the club seemed more than happy to set that up given his last few yeas.

Yeah seems like a waste, but the bloke had so many neck and concussion issues that he was cut down in his prime and will probably never reach the heights he could of.
Yeah I agree, KK looked to be coming good early but once those neck/concussion issues started he lost all confidence and became a shadow of the player he was going to be. One of the few I'd like to see do well given he did seem to do everything right by the club while he was here and didn't jump into the media and blast us after he left.
