Don't forget we had them squirming earlier in the midseason at the dome, leading into the last quarter, that wasn't too long ago with a bunch of outs. Reckon Rowell and Anderson look fatigued too

Anyone know what durham foot injury is/was? Why risk it for one final drubbing.

Id like to see us lift for a final effort/backs against the wall but we are just too far off it quality wise and have a lot of players lacking confidence with no contract certainty.

Blakiston, shiel, prior, laverde, mcmahon, goldy, menzies, lual all looked bit like the weight of playing for there careers the last few weeks. Uncertainty cant help with potentially all 6-8 being delisted.

Probably hard to keep motivation up.

Yes he played sub last week but it may be a bad more to push him into the last game as well. I think it is worse that they did not throw Gerryn a bone. We know what we have to work with with Johnson.

I have nothing against GC and wouldn't mind seeing them play finals, but I want to hear Dimma's smug tone whine one last time as he watches the "bunch of spuds" take him out of finals.

He literally quit Richmond straight after we finally managed to beat them.

It's not really that simple though. Gresham's come out and hasn't replaced been by a forward, so you can't really use that argument. We've taken out a HBF and a HFF/FP and replaced with a mid and an FB.

As others have said, it's not some massive issue - but it is worth keeping an eye on for mine. It has been strange how little he's played (and how often he's been sub/subbed off), given his form. If he can't get a game with 18 blokes (or whatever is is) out, he probably doesn't play much AFL next year, you wouldn't think. If there's more to it, that's fine - but it's a worthy discussion on a footy forum, I think.
