Ooh I'll be in the states in October too but the only chance I'll get to see a game will be in the pre-season.

In other news the teams owner, Rich DeVos has died. His children will likely sell the team which means there is a chance they'll move.

The arena itself is awesome, Stuff is awesome and the location is right downtown so plenty of pregame options for food and drink.

The downside is because the team sucks the atmosphere is pretty flat, and very flat if you cop a 20 point loss like I did. If you're lucky, the way Sacra plays, you'll get yourself a fast-paced close game.

The upside is that match-up should give you the opportunity to buy some really good seats in the lower bowl close to the court, for bargain price compared to the Boston and Philly ticket prices.

Thanks. Yeah we upgraded a little for the home game against the Kings. Nothing outrageous, but better than the road games :) really excited for it!

Just got home (well, the air bnb) after seeing the game tonight against the Celts. Honestly, that felt so good to see the upset win! Vuc is still impressing me more than I could hope for, and despite him constantly being talked about as trade bait, he seems so valuable to us now. AG had a quieter night than the other game at Philly, but is still going well. Jonathan Isaac looks great in the flesh, and Fournier/Ross combo works well with Augustine. I know DJ wears Nelson's 14, but there's so many similarities in their game. I love it.

Anyway, here's a few pics I got. Nothing impressive, but just enjoyed the experience.

Awesome pics man.. was a good win, but we lost cause Boston where so bad lol, it was an off night for them.

Vuc still can’t defend, but his offence is so good it’s hard to keep him off the floor for to long. AG is warming to the season, think the best we can hope for with him is a 18-10 type of guy which is fine. Isaac is a funny one, probably could be a legit scary stretch 4 but will stay on the wing while AG is our “franchise” guy.

Both DJ and Ev need to go. We need a PG badly, DJ lacks size, the ability to collapse defenders and is inconsistent with his distribution.

Overall solid start though

Yeah we're obviously nothing special as a team, but there's flashes of brilliance that I've looked at in envy of never being able do them myself
 
Was hoping Aaron Gordon could elevate his game to all-star level, however he may be a 18 and 10 guy, nothing wrong with that, but can't build a team around him as the show piece.
However he may also just need a good point guard to facilitate him taking that next step.

Doesn't look like an 18-10 guy, he hasn't got the handles to or isolation moves to regularly get his shot or to the rim, and he's not a spot up guy.. everything is a battle with AG in terms of scoring.

This team has quickly disintegrated into a joke, we need to well and truely play the season for Zion of Barrett, stop messing around and just completely fold the year.

Trade Vuc/Ev and AG, get young guys in who can eveloped and draft Zion ideally.

Need Bamba to start despite Vucs numbers.. Vuc is starting to show his value, need to move him while he is playing good ball.
