Credit to O'Shea with the way he improved his game tenfold from 2011/12 to 2013 though.

The 'O'Dear' performance against Sydney in 2012 to a standout final against Collingwood at the G' 12 months later was inconceivable at the time really.

Besides Young, Stewart and Gray, the rest of our list are back to that poor pre-Hinkley era form, its just the quirk of this playing group.

Very impressive work Macca and Portia. I tuned in because our boys are ironing out technical issues for this week's podcast.

Hoping for a good game because I'll be watching with my mate who wears his Port Adelaide scarf around his waist every week at our pool competition, even in 2011. If your boys can start well we may be in trouble given it's not at Domain and we seem to wilt when we don't see Auzzie flying around before a match.

If Wines, Boak and Gray get on top of our mids at stoppages (roving to Naita and just being generally better than our inside mids) and Wingard fires up forward we may be in trouble. Gaff's numbers have been good but the quality of his disposal has been relatively poor over the past couple of weeks.
