We've all seen some pretty bad knee injuries in sports - but is there a worse time to do one when running top speed IN A 100m RACE?

Last nights euros - warning, it is a really bad-looking one. Broken leg, dislocated knee..... But, if you must, watch the guy in lane 2.....

He was limping considerably from the start...disappointed he didn't roll over the line at the end

I think I've seen so many of these that they don't bother me anymore

Saw that the other day, had to replay it 10 times but at first the commentators didn't even notice. It all started from a rolled ankle too.

Not game enough to watch so could someone describe how someone breaks their leg whilst running?

I thought it was a video of someone injuring their knee only, then quickly realised after a replay that it was a broken leg as well. Snapped right back, ouch. Reminds me of the Nathan Brown leg break, the guy's leg looked worst than Brown's almost.
