Roast Our Assistant Coaches

Tapping is an interesting one. The VFL team has improved each year under him, assuming we finish higher than 2015. At face value, he has coached extremely well. He has aided the development of young senior-listed players, including some very raw talent (e.g Sier); instilled a winning VFL culture despite a revolving door of VFL players each year; had seniors pulled early or held over from games at the last minute; and had to play guys like Gault and Golds when, with respect to those two, there may have been better options elsewhere at VFL level. All this with assistance from Tarks and Rocca, who are criticised on here.

There was a rumour Tapping had an offer from another club at the end of 2015, but opted to stay. With his success so far this year, he will be sought after. I hope we hold onto him, and maybe it is time for him to step up to a senior assistant role.

I would like him to take Robert Harvey's Postion as Head Assistant Coach as I think he might get Simmlar offer's elsewhere.

Our midfield has consistently underperformed for years now, on paper we should have a top 8 midfield but most weeks we get smashed in all the key areas.

Would be disappointing if we didn't look at other options.

Burnsy is good mates with Bucks though so hard to see change happening, good mates always back in each other in

Just make tapping the Seniors coach and let him pick his crew. Clear out everyone else.

Tapping is doing a good job but it is a massive jump to being an AFL coach. Won't happen.

I believe Tapping and Bucks are pretty close. They have sons around the same age. Maybe Bucks would listen to Tapping, maybe.

The club won't sack Bucks now. Look on the bright side though, you get to say "I told you so" for another year!

So does Cloke... that doesn't mean he'll definately be there next year.

If bucks cant get the best out of people like harvey, hart and burns then why hire replacements for him? Just replace him... simple really???

P.s. bucks contract has a cancellation clause in it so we dont have to pay out the whole contract. He himself said it at the start of the year.

l have not been impressed with our midfield this year or our forward line so for me those
two positions should be looked at. as the season has gone on l thought the back line has done
well considering the a mount of ball that has been flying in there in most games and the lack of
help they are getting, so hart gets a tick from me.
the skills under pressure are bad so would also be looking into that area as well
