Danny Frawley
The Tigers have gained a reputation for turning over
oaches in quick succession, but Frawley appears set
to be there for the long haul having lifted the club
from mediocrity to a preliminary final in just two
years. The former champion St Kilda full-back
and longtime skipper has maintained the club’s
trademark passion while instituting an exciting
brand of footy that has reignited the passion of
the Tiger hordes.

The Tigers were delighted to snare the services of
the former Carlton senior coach at the end of
2002 and he provided a significant boost to the
coaches’ box on match-day. Started his coaching
career as a skills coach under Robert Walls in
Brisbane before carving a

Darren Crocker
Former Kangaroos premiership player who played 165
games and kicked 119 goals between 1987 and
1998. Coached VFL club Port Melbourne before
joining the Tigers in 2000. Touted as a senior
coach of the future.

Paul Spargo
Steps into a full-time assistant role after a part-time
position in 2003 while also coaching the Coburg Tigers.
Played 90 senior games between 1985 and 1993 – 81
of them with North Melbourne before a season in
Brisbane.

No pic available.

Crocker is the only one with half an idea.
HALF.

I actually think snaring Brittain was a coup. I know he had a poor year as senior coach at Carlton but his work behind the scenes when Parkin was coach was highly thought off. I don't think he's the problem....

This is very hard to believe but I'll post it anyway a rumour written by Andrew Jarman in his column in The Advertiser.

"Who is the AFL coach who has gone to his board and said if his side loses this week he will resign? Obviously his message is not getting through to the players and he's putting the club before himself."

Could it be Frawley? Although coming from A.Jarman you would take it with a grain of salt.

Does the Advertiser ever talk about anyone but the Crows and Port? It could be Ayers. Although it sounds more in Danny's nature than in Ayers to do the honourable thing.

It couldnt be Frawley could it after all the me VS the world hype he was spinning pre season? I've always had it hard and I've always beat the odds and I never give up, I'm going to show everyone that thinks I cant coach.....yadda yadda???

If its him, he'll go down as someone that at least gave it his best shot but wasnt good enough. I'd rather remember him in this way than the way I remember Walls. I still spit on the ground every time someone mentions his name.

I reckon its got to be Ayres. He timed his exit from the Cats perfectly to pick up the Crows job. He wants to be free for the coaching merry go round at the end of the year.
