I am going to come out and say something I think we have all been thinking, and no its not that Aph is stunning, and no its not that ODN is totally awesome, although these things are true, but, where was I ?? Oh yes, sorry, what I meant to say was ... don;t we all agree that the Hawks are our biggest threat in son far as being the club most likely to reach 17???
Haven't they now won 13 flags?
The rate they are going they will equal us (and the Scum) in 3 years.

Seriously though, isn't this hugely concerning?
I lose sleep over this, well, kinda.
Make no mistake fellow bluebaggers, our biggest threat is not The Scum, or The Filth, or even Ninthmond, but, rather, HAWTHORN.
Throughout all these recent years of utter crapness at least we could hang our hat on the fact we have 16 flags (as do The Scum), which is more than the other sides.
But I fear we won't be able to say that soon.
Unless we start to get our sheet together, in a major, major way.
Am I not the only one looking in the rear vision mirror seeing those pee n poo wannabes getting closer and closer to our lofty bragging position?
God and they also have this ridiculous number of members, I think the tally was approaching 100 million at last count.
How did this happen? How did they get so good and we get so crap?
Fortunately the powers that be at Windy Pill shot themselves in the foot (and in the arm*) and so they aren't a huge worry right now. And No Chin Daniher can't kick anyhow.
The Filth are a worry, probably second on my I-Wee list. They're consistently annoying. Add now we can see it had nothing to do with Micky Mouse.
Ninthmond, ha, don't make me laugh.
But it is the Hawks that scare me the most.
What can we do about it?
I know,. we have to copy them.
Yeah, that makes sense.
If you can't beat em join em.
We should start by stealing one of their coaches.
Then we can figure out what their magic potion is.
What makes them so bloody good.
And maybe he can figure out a game style to beat his old team. That'd be good.
And let's get good kicks, like the Hawks players.
I swear Hawthorn players NEVER miss a target, and if they do Clarko hangs them by their tests post game.
So, that means we have to get rid of players like... Bell, Robbo & Casboult.
Sorry, this isn't really supposed to be a rant and lame attempt at humour, and I mean LAME, but really it is supposed to be a serious post/thread, about the fact our biggest enemy/threat is no longer Ess, in my view anyhow. I honestly think Haw are more likely to win 3 more flags before Ess win 1. Or Coll win 2 (although that is fairly likely too I suppose).
