5 years ago it was 'Get a Richmond assistant' (I hesitate to say Hardwick)
Now there's no clearly dominant coaching group. Geelong, Collingwood and Brisbane sure, but they haven't been so singularly dominant.

Whist I kinda agree , I think it’s imperative whoever we get(if it’s a first timer) they come from one of those 3 (plus hawks under Mitchell) or at least spent time there.
