Our ODI team moving forward

S Marsh and Khawaja were named in the presser as being unlucky, but it's only a three match series so there's no real point in taking them.

Stoinis may be left out to give Abbott a decent run at it?

Maxwell - under the circumstances, flying to India for three games in a week is probably not what he needs right now.

M Marsh - still can't bowl

Wade and Lyon - not sure, perhaps give them a rest after a full-on few months

Behredorff - injured

Jhye - coming back from injury in ODD final

Coulter-Nile said it best himself:

pretty much cleared out the 30+ year olds that can't or haven't nailed down a permanent spot in the team.

i doubt lyon, wade, s.marsh, khawaja, coulter-nile will play again in aussie colors and the selectors have shown their hand that they are building towards 2023 immediately. not sure what their intentions are with maxwell.

only finch, warner and smith remain 30+ year olds. who knows whether they make it to the next world cup, but they still at the peak of their powers right now.

Please, for the love of god. No. He's sh1t

Slower ball bouncer x5 an over shouldn't be hard to figure out at any level let alone international batsmen pouncing on it. Says a a bit about the standard of BBL that he's still successful tbh

CA refusing to pick best available players outside World Cup doesn't help
Actually one of the few things CA do right. What's the point of playing known quantities, when you can find stuff out about other players?
