pretty much cleared out the 30+ year olds that can't or haven't nailed down a permanent spot in the team.

i doubt lyon, wade, s.marsh, khawaja, coulter-nile will play again in aussie colors and the selectors have shown their hand that they are building towards 2023 immediately. not sure what their intentions are with maxwell.

only finch, warner and smith remain 30+ year olds. who knows whether they make it to the next world cup, but they still at the peak of their powers right now.
