Jamar has been alright this year. It's hard to say whether the problem is he's hitting the ball to nowhere, or our mids are too crap to get to his taps but I think he's been better than most of our players (not hard though).Well it seems most of you have seen something in Jamar this year that I have missed.
I will pose another question.
Can Gawn or Spencer lock down the number one spot post Jamar or do we need to trade or use a high draft pick to find his replacement?
I think long term Gawn would make a good no.1 ruck, however he isn't ready yet and probably won't be for another year or 2. Spencil is alright depth, nothing more. Don't think he'll be getting the gig. I'd say trade for an experienced ruck, even if it's a Ben Hudson type situation where he's only around for a season to ease the load on Gawn; drafting a young one is too risky.
