I'll be honest, I enjoyed 2014 and 15 much more. These losses feel so depressing, highlighted by that 9-0 start which brought so much HOPE.

Freo...way to go...We are the Freo Dockers!

Freo started last season in similar fashion and have hardly won a game since with a similar list of over 30s. Something about Ross Lyon's list development just reeks.

Being 8th with absolutely no prospect of a top four finish (again) - now there's a measure of excellence for which we should be rightly proud.

We have played poor football all year and are getting worse. Apart from round 1, there hasn't been a game this year that I've come away from feeling excited about the club and about what we could achieve.

Enjoyed the first 2 months. The following 2 have been shithouse. Found myself moping around trying to avoid all things AFL between our games.

Our season, (performances aside) has been really hit hard by injuries. It's a much bigger factor than it seems.

Our players seem to be giving up during games more often than not due to a fitness issue or a carrying injury. Certain players that are not 100% are playing due to lack of depth. Certain players will lose form due to fatigue or give up regardless because they need a spell in the 2s or a one week rest. Goldstein is one of these players that when he is limited physically and strategically by opposition players, he can be a very restricted asset if not a liability. When he's stuffed, we're stuffed.

With a full strength side, I would like to know what would have happened in the 5 losses. I still think we could have been still in top 4 and possibly 14-15 wins max. Maybe I'm delusional.
