Have to move the cabinet that is blocking the double doors at the end of one of the hallways. That will lead you to it.

It's specifically the cabinet blocking the double doors and not the one leading back to the surgery room.

This game is ****ed! Got dragged out from hiding under a bed and murdered.

Finished the game just now, not very long, video camera had 2 hours 38 recorded, be lucky if i wasn't using the camera for 10-15 minutes at the most all game, so yeah under 3 hours, depending on how long it takes you to find your way around.
