Overrated Food Items

Nutella is delicious. I love it.

Kabana or any of those processed meats are overrated IMO.

Get a good smoked Kabana or Chili Kabana . I am a fan of processed meats though

Marshmellows can suck a fat one - kids can have them

Nutella is a non-refrigerate that is both butter and tasty spread, so you can drag it around with you as a single topping for months. I remember times in my life when I had no permanent access to a fridge, and nutella was a good all-purpose spread. Peanut butter is slightly too bland on its own (as a sandwich anyway), and other spreads you really need a bit of marg and a fridge.

Tim Tams are good because I can take 15 minutes nibbling my way slowly through one. And they are dirt cheap for a prestige biscuit. The coffee trick is great, but it is over so quick that I'd rather just go dry.

When I'm looking for a treat, these are the essential three criteria, in no order: tasty; cheap; time-consuming. If it is something that takes a second to eat, then I'm not interested, it goes against the couch potato nature of the treat.

Those old fashion lollies that look like marbles are lovely. Hard to buy now though. My local has them and a shop in darling harbour.

Never understand that one it kills things with nasal clearing heat
Though that type of heat works as wasabi

The French mustard in France seemed to be a cross between HE and Dijon it was a good mix of heat and flavour

In Australia its Dijon or grainy for me

I love PB, but as a sole sandwich filling it brings back memories of that scrunched, banana-ish, cold sandwich that never gets eaten and takes up neglected residence at the bottom of your school bag.

Yeah I’m not big on prawns either. But I don’t hate them. I do love fish though . And salt and pepper calamari.
